Introducing Mid Cornwall

Penryn & Falmouth
The vibrant town of Falmouth is best known for seducing its visitors into the nautical world of maritime Cornwall, the third deepest natural harbour in the world situated on the Fal Estuary.
Perched on the highest point is Pendennis Castle a well-preserved 16th-century fortress built by Henry VIII. From nautical folklore to wild gardens of subtropical plants and a high-street peppered with independent shops and restaurants, bustling all year round with students, locals and holiday makers.

Truro
Cornwall’s only city, Truro is rich in history and culture as well as the host for our head office! The bustling high street offers a range of popular and independent shops and eateries, a hub for fashionistas and foodies. Central to the high street you can explore the cathedral one of only three cathedrals to have three spires, a rare feature. There is a central line from Truro to London Paddington and plenty of parking.
The population of Truro is only 20,000, in recent years, there has been an influx of business and young entrepreneurs that have moved to the area. Truro boasts 220 acres of land that has been declared an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.

St Austell
The atmospheric late Georgian port of Charlestown, near St Austell. Made most recently famous for its starring role in the TV series BBC’s ‘Poldark. Once a busy port exporting tin, Charlestown is a World Heritage site, The Shipwreck & Heritage Centre is a rainy day option close by. The Eden Project and Lost Gardens of Heligan are both within a 10 minutes’ drive. The harbour - at the heart of the village - feels like nothing has changed since it was built in the late 18th century. Tall ships - their wooden masts and authentic rigging - are perfectly at home here.
